1. Production will not commence until a 50% deposit of the total value has been received.This deposit is non-refundable 2. If the order is less than £100 then the full payment is required before commencement of production. 3. Remaining balances are required before the order is dispatched. An invoice will be sent to the customer with the relevant advice. 4. Payment can be made by cheque or Paypal or we can supply our bank details for a bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to foil promotions. 5. A delivery date will be agreed once an order has been placed. However the normal delivery time scale is between 4 and 6 weeks depending on our work commitments. 6. We will send proofs for the customer to check that the stationary spelling is correct. We will not proceed with production until we receive confirmation from the customer that the details are correct. 7. Any errors unnoticed after the confirmation of the proofs will be the responsibility of the customer. 8. We advise that all items are ordered together. This is to reduce the risk of colour variations that may occur. 9. The screen colours on websites is not always an accurate representation of the actual product. We therefore advise that you request a sample before placing an order. 10. In the unlikely event of goods going missing,or arriving damaged by post we will replace them once we are satisfied this is the case. However we must be notified within 3 working days for us to reissue. 11. We have the right to cancel any order in the event of threatening or abusive behavior. Any such cancellation will be given in writing or email. 12.All wedding stationery is subject to availability |

However the normal delivery time scale is between 4 and 8 weeks depending on the work flow. 6.Sugared Almonds and Chocolate dragees are NOT suitable for any person with any form of nut allergy. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure this is adhered to when distributing the sweets. 7.In the unlikely event of goods going missing,or arriving damaged by post we will replace them once we are satisfied this is the case.
